A Roll-Off truck loaded with mulch flipped onto it's side after trying to avoid a disabled van in the roadway on Rt. 173 near Antioch. The Lake County Sheriff called Fox Recovery to the scene. Fox was able to upright the truck and winch it out of the ditch with out any problems. Fox loaded the spilled mulch into Fox Excavating dump trucks and quickly opened the highway back up for morning rush hour.
